Year 12 pupil Josh cycled 100km - in under three hours - to raise money for a community school for children with additional needs.

He worked so hard to prepare for the ride alongside his dedicated study, and his Herculean efforts on the bike helped raise an incredible £5,244.56 for the school.

This was a cause very close to Josh's heart, as his family have fostered several children who attend the school. And as he crossed the finish line, he was greeted by his delighted little foster sister.

Josh has also signed up to volunteer at a residential camp over the summer, looking after and helping children with special needs.

Well done, Josh - everyone at MGS and your family is so proud of your efforts.
